Covid-19 update May 12th

12 May 2020 By Editor

In line with government recommendations the Irish Organic Association office has been re-opened to facilitate a small number of staff working with social distancing in place. Additional staff continue to work from home. We are continuing to ask members where possible to please send all information electronically by e-mail to [email protected]. This e-mail address is constantly monitored and will ensure a quick response to your query. All derogation forms, application forms etc are available from the website www.irishorganicassocition.ie or can be e-mailed if required. All forms can be completed electronically or by hand, then scanned and e-mailed. When sending derogations please ensure all details are fully completed on the form which will enable a speedy response. However, if you do not have access to e-mail you can still post the documents to the office address.

The IOA telephone number (0906 433680) is operational as normal, however we ask you to be patient and bear with us and if the call is not answered leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The current situation is not ideal for any of us, however please be assured we are available to assist you with all your certification requirements as normal. Organic site inspections have resumed with organic inspectors taking all recommended precautions.
